Real Estate Update


Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., Danbury, named Tamar Lurie of Greenwich, a sales associate in its Greenwich office, as the company’s number-one sales associate for 2006. Lurie sold more than $100 million worth of real estate in 2006.

Grumman Hill Montessori School leased an 8,856-square-foot building at 24 Lois St., Norwalk. John D. Hastings Inc., Westport, was the sole broker.
