Peter Constant of Weston was appointed chief marketing officer at RBS National Bank, Bridgeport, a provider of commercial and consumer credit cards, and a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group Inc. Since 1998, Constant worked at Metris Cos., Minneapolis, most recently as chief marketing officer, previously as senior vice president of direct marketing and initially as vice president of new customer acquisition. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan.

Joseph J. Cherico of Darien joined the Stamford office of the law firm McCarter & English L.L.P. as a partner. Since 2003, Cherico was an associate in the Stamford office of the law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Prior to that, he was an associate at the law firm Shearman & Sterling, New York City. Cherico holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Fordham University.

Marketing Management Analytics Inc., Wilton, a company that uses marketing mix modeling to help companies plan, measure, validate and optimize their marketing performance, announced the following appointments.

Keith W. Hopkins of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., joined the company as vice president, account management. Since 2003, Hopkins was senior manager of the global CRM (customer relationship management) service line at Accenture, New York City. Prior to that, he was senior manager of the CRM service line at Bearing Point, New York City. Before that, he was senior manager of the CRM service line at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, New York City. Hopkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science degree in telecommunications from Iona College.

Jeffrey J. Braiewa of Monroe joined the company as associate director, client service analytics. Since 2004, Braiewa was senior manager, client service at ImmediateFX Holdings Inc., Southport. Prior to that, he was an associate client manager at ACNielsen. Braiewa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Vincent Perry of Danbury joined Ridgefield Bank as vice president and branch manager of the bank’s main office at 150 Danbury Road, Ridgefield. Perry formerly held a similar position at both Union Savings Bank and Wachovia in Ridgefield.

Robert J. Hopper of Trumbull, vice president at Choyce Peterson Inc., Stamford and White Plains, N.Y., a commercial real estate brokerage firm, was elected president of Southern Connecticut Youth Hockey Inc. (SCYH), Milford. SCYH is a nonprofit organization that fields travel ice hockey teams, provides learn-to-skate clinics and operates house leagues.

William V. Cuddy Jr. of White Plains, N.Y., executive vice president in the Stamford office of CB Richard Ellis, a commercial real estate services company, was elected president of the board of directors of The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, White Plains. Cuddy has served on Burke’s board since 1999, previously as secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Notre Dame.

The World Affairs Forum, Stamford, announced the election of the following individuals to its board of directors.

Kempton Dunn of New Canaan, program director at The Conference Board, New York City, a nonprofit business membership and research organization, joined the board. Dunn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University, a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Connecticut.

Joanna M. Gwozdziowski of Stamford, a political consultant focusing on foreign policy and international development issues, joined the board. Gwozdziowski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and both a Master of Arts degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in international relations from Oxford University in England.

Hope Hageman of Westport, a community volunteer, joined the board. Hageman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College.

Kay J. Maxwell of Greenwich, immediate past president of the League of Women Voters of the United States, joined the board. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Lori Esposito Murray of Greenwich, a consultant on national security issues, joined the board. Murray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Ennala Ramcharandas of Greenwich joined the board. Before retiring in 2004, Ramcharandas was vice president for strategy in the developing markets operations at Xerox. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Osmania University in India, a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering/operations research from New York University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
