Lori Zezza of Brookfield joined the Danbury sales office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester as a sales associate. Zezza joined the company in March 2006 at its Danbury headquarters as coordinator of home office support services. Prior to that, she was manager of meetings and conferences at the National Wildlife Federation, Reston, Va. Zezza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in environmental studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Graphic Management Partners, a commercial printer, purchased an 18,500-square-foot building at 120 Feeley St., Stratford. Vidal/Wettenstein L.L.C., Westport, was the broker.

HK Group, Westport, announced the following transactions.

Home, Hearth & Patio of Greenwich leased 10,000 square feet of distribution and storage space for its line of patio furniture at 459 Iranistan Ave., Bridgeport.

Suasion Group, a medical education and awareness company, leased 3,609 square feet of space at 1 Selleck St., Norwalk.

E. J. Kassery L.L.C., a retail lighting and repair business, leased 2,000 square feet of flex-warehouse space at 41 Perry Ave., Norwalk.

Richard Rakowski, a financial equities advisor, leased 1,551 square feet of office space at 10 Saugatuck, Westport.

Go to Your Room, a custom furniture shop, leased 1,320 square feet of retail space at 111 Post Road East, Westport.
